BILLING SYSTEM

You agree to ensure payment for any items you may purchase from us and you acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical good, you agree to provide us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide to us. If we do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to you in the amount of the purchase price.

We also may request additional information from you prior to confirming a sale and we reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of our products. For the sale of physical products, we may preauthorize your credit or debit card at the time you place the order or we may simply charge your card upon shipment.

You agree to monitor your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates you are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please make sure your recipient name, shipping address and telephone number correct, otherwise we are not responsible for your lost shipment.

All orders to Canada are sent via the Post Office using Post Canada and Net Parcel. All international orders outside of Canada are sent via DHL, UPS and FEDEX.

If you have selected the Free Shipping and Standard delivery option, this may NOT come with any tracking information and we can NOT be held responsible for any lost parcel. By selecting Free and standard delivery, you are putting faith in to your country’s delivery service. Once your order is delivered to your country, your order is passed from the carriers to your country’s local delivery service and will be delivered by them.

Please, make sure your delivery address is correct on your order. The estimated times below are in affect from the time you receive an e-mail confirmation confirming that your order has been dispatched. All orders are usually sent within 24 hours but in the rare occasion within 48 hours. Once the order is placed, we can no longer modify or change whatever is in the order.

If the shipping address is outside of Canada and you are experiencing a delay that exceeds the estimates below, please, keep in mind that any severe weather your country experiences will create a backlog on mail and will slow down your delivery. Or your country’s border security may randomly select your package for examination and will only release the order until they are satisfied, something that is completely out of our hands and can delay your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service after you order within 6 hours, before item(s) are shipped out at customerservice@geekztuff.com. We regret that we cannot cancel orders when the package is on the way. Thank you for your understanding! If you insist on cancelling your order, please, refer to our return policy.  please, contact our customer service team within 7 days after you received your order. Please, provide the order number, full name, phone number and email address related to the order when contacting our customer service. All return items must keep their original condition, they are most not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Restocking fee, shipping fee and handling fee will be at customer’s expense.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please, contact our customer service team within 7 days after you received your order. Please, provide the order number, full name, phone number and email address related to the order when contacting our customer service. If you would like to exchange other styles, size or color, you have to pay price spread. All exchange products must keep their original condition, they are most not worn or used, altered or washed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Restocking fee, shipping fee and handling fee will be at customer’s expense.

RETURN INFORMATION

If you would like to return your order for what ever reason,  GeekZtuff offers a no hassle return policy on the basis that the criteria is met below:

For your convenience, items purchased on Geekztuff.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

It can take up to 7-25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 6-10 business days for the refund amount to show up on your account or depending on your banking institution.

NOTE: If your item is found to be defective, you do not necessarily have to send the item back. If you can email us a picture and video that clearly shows the defect/s and we are satisfied that the item was bought from us, then we will promptly send you a replacement.

 Product Tag and Packaging

The product tag is still attached for re-sale. We accept products to be returned for a full refund for any reason within a month from the order date if the item is brand new in the original package. All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.  
the official Packaging Is returned with the order and not creased, crumpled or ripped. Human & Animal Hair No human or animal hair can be present on the return.
